About the Role
The BIM Manager will lead the strategic development and implementation of BIM methodologies across all projects, ensuring effective digital transformation within the organization. The role requires overseeing BIM execution plans, managing interdisciplinary coordination, and fostering BIM innovation to enhance project efficiency and quality. The BIM Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to optimize digital workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive data-driven decision-making in project delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement BIM strategies, execution plans, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
Oversee BIM model integration, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
Lead BIM coordination meetings with design and engineering teams, resolving clashes and improving efficiency.
Manage the adoption and customization of BIM technologies to align with project requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with key BIM stakeholders, including industry leaders, software providers, and professional organizations.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance BIM capabilities within the organization.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Architecture or a related Engineering field.
Certification in BIM (BIM Diploma, RICS, BRE Academy, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management and implementation.
Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, BIM 360, and other advanced BIM tools.
Strong understanding of data-driven design, digital construction methodologies, and interoperability standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency.
