About the Role

We are seeking an administrative officer who is able to coordinate and maintain day to day administrative and secretarial services and to coordinate all administrative activities to ensure meeting requirements through scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies and security, handling calls and requests, preparing and filing documents, and running follow-up actions as required. To handle all incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondences, and routing it to the concerned individual, as well as handling the relevant documents archiving and retrieval activities.


• B.Sc. in English or Business Administration or Diploma.

• 4 years of track-record in a related field

• Good command in Presentation skills & etiquette.

• Proficiency level in using computer software related to the position.

• Excellent communication skills; verbal & written in both languages Arabic and English
