About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and innovative professional to join our team as a Senior Interior Designer. Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
Develop innovative and compelling design concepts that align with project requirements and brand identities.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee and contribute to the creation of detailed drawings and construction documentation.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project implementation.
Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to design intent.
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies, integrating them into your designs.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as an interior designer on large-scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
Proficient in project management and planning
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior designers
Strong knowledge of interior design and construction principles and practices.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to develop cultural designs inspired from the context and culture of Saudi Arabia.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, self-motivation and leadership skills.
Strong materiality knowledge.
Specialization such as lighting Design, hospitality or sustainable design is a plus.
