Approach
Strategically located along Dubai Creek in the Ras Al Khor district, the master plan emphasized a seamless connection between historic and contemporary urban elements. The design integrated key cultural institutions, public plazas, and waterfront promenades, ensuring accessibility and engagement for visitors. Inspired by Dubai’s deep-rooted artistic traditions, the project blended traditional Middle Eastern architectural influences with modern design principles.
