Project Description:
In 2018, the Marbella Villas project, derived from the vision of RAK Properties, emerged as a striking residential ensemble of 205 two- and three-bedroom townhouses, alongside four- and five-bedroom villas, a VIP Villa, and a Club House. Positioned in the picturesque backdrop of Hayat Island and Mina Al Arab, the initiative aimed to foster a vibrant community catering to both residents and tourists.
The villas are meticulously engineered to integrate effortlessly not just with their immediate environment, but also within the broader context of Hayat Island and Mina Al Arab. DAR AL OMRAN, in its pursuit to blend tradition with modernity, revisited a core element of Emirati architecture: the courtyard. They innovatively reimagined this space for the modern era, crafting courtyards that offer direct contact with the site's natural beauty. This modern reinterpretation of the courtyard creates a harmonious dialogue between the indoor and outdoor environments, facilitated by strategic openings in the facades.
Through its blend of modern engineering and a deep understanding of residential necessities, DAR AL OMRAN has given life to a community where tradition meets contemporary living, offering its inhabitants a serene nexus with nature.
