Project Description
2016 - Diplomatic facilities’ represent how the Embassy’s country is perceived in the country hosting, and act as the foreigner’s first point of contact with embassy’s country. Design at every level is an important tool in developing a positive image for the facilities and for delivering a successful embassy project, with a functional, attractive, and welcoming perimeter.
Embracing both Emirati and Jordanian architectural styles, the United Arab Emirates Embassy is an outstanding representation of how traditional geometric forms adopted from Emirati architecture are translated in a Jordanian context using local materials. The unique building not only clearly establishes itself as a landmark, but also is in harmony with the cultural fabric of the city of Amman.
