Project Description:
2018 - The scope of this project compromised the renovation and restoration of Thee Ayn Historical Village while persevering its authenticity and identity. The surrounding buildings were also treated in respect to the character of the area. A native landscape design was also incorporated along with place making strategies.
The scope also involved connecting all land plots and buildings with the infrastructural services required such as the drainage, firefighting, and irrigation systems. This not to forget the water supply as well as the electrical utilities such as lighting for buildings and roads, master site power layout plan, structural analysis and support, master site plan data layout, master site plan CCTV cameras network, and panel boards schedule. All in all, a holistic approach was adopted covering several aspects such as environmental studies, economic studies, hydrological studies, and heritage assessment study.
